Delivery Times & Same Day

    Standard Delivery Hours

    Residential: 9:00am – 7:00pm

    Business: 9:00am – 5:00pm

    Same Day Delivery

    Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 1:00pm.

    Delivery Costs

    Delivery across Melbourne starts from $15.

    The exact delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient’s suburb and the delivery service selected. 

    Express 2-hour delivery may also be available for an additional fee depending on location.

    During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas we operate extended delivery runs. Because of the increased volume during these periods, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and we recommend ordering early.

      Hospitals & Special Locations

      Hospitals

      Confirm the recipient has not been discharged.Include the full hospital name as there are multiple Freemasons and Cabrini locations.

      Add ward and room or bed number where possible.

      For maternity wards include both maiden and married names.

      We recommend choosing a vase arrangement; however our signature flower bag includes an internal water vessel.

      Apartments & Secure Buildings

      Include the apartment or unit number.

      Add the recipient’s phone number. 

      For concierge deliveries provide the recipient’s full name and permission for concierge to accept the delivery.

      Offices & Commercial Buildings

      Deliveries to offices are made during standard business hours.

      Please include the business name, floor number and reception details where possible.

      Hotels

      Include the guest name as per their booking and the check-in or check-out date.

      Funerals

      Provide the full name of the deceased.

      Schedule delivery at least two hours before the service.

      Include the funeral venue name and contact details.

      Undeliverable Items

      In rare cases delivery may not be possible if access to the property cannot be obtained or if the address information is incomplete.

      If this occurs our team will contact the sender or recipient to arrange alternative delivery instructions or redelivery where possible.


      If Something Goes Wrong

      Delivery not made on time

      We will investigate immediately and resolve the issue as a priority.

      Recipient not home

      Our courier will attempt a safe drop or contact you to arrange redelivery.

      Incorrect address

      We will reroute if possible. A redelivery fee may apply if the item has already left our studio.

      Flowers damaged

      Contact our team and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
