Delivery across Melbourne starts from $19.

The exact delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient’s suburb and the delivery service selected.

Express 3 hour delivery may also be available for an additional fee depending on location.

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas we operate extended delivery runs. Because of the increased volume during these periods, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and we recommend ordering early.

Sending to two addresses

Two addresses means two orders. Each address needs its own courier run, so each one carries its own delivery fee.

Delivery Suburbs

We deliver flowers to more than 500 suburbs across Melbourne, including Richmond, South Yarra, Toorak and Prahran. The bayside run takes in St Kilda and Elwood, we go east through Kew, and south to Elsternwick and Glen Huntly.

Further out, the western run continues through Footscray, Yarraville, Newport and Williamstown, the northern run takes in Brunswick, Coburg, Preston and Northcote, and the east reaches Surrey Hills, Box Hill, Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley. Closer in, Abbotsford and Windsor are minutes from the studio, and the bayside run reaches Highett and Sandringham.

The inner west is now covered street by street, with West Melbourne, Kensington, Flemington and Seddon on the same morning run and Niddrie just past Essendon. North of the river the run adds Clifton Hill and Thornbury, and the eastern run continues through Hawthorn East, Canterbury, Balwyn, Mont Albert and Ashburton.

Hospitals & Special Locations

Hospitals

Confirm the recipient has not been discharged. Include the full hospital name as there are multiple Freemasons and Cabrini locations.

Add ward and room or bed number where possible.

For maternity wards include both maiden and married names.

We recommend choosing a vase arrangement; however our signature flower bag includes an internal water vessel.

Apartments & Secure Buildings

Include the apartment or unit number.

Add the recipient’s phone number.

For concierge deliveries provide the recipient’s full name and permission for concierge to accept the delivery.

Offices & Commercial Buildings

Deliveries to offices are made during standard business hours.

Please include the business name, floor number and reception details where possible.

Hotels

Include the guest name as per their booking and the check-in or check-out date.

Stadiums & Event Venues

We deliver to the MCG, Marvel Stadium, AAMI Park and other major Melbourne venues. We know these sites and deliver through the entry point requested, whether that is a security checkpoint, a supplier loading dock or the event parking area, and we work alongside the event companies that run concerts, sporting fixtures and functions in those spaces.

Give us the access details you have been sent, including the gate, the dock and the contact on site, and we will match the delivery to them.

Universities

University deliveries are made to the faculty reception, so include the faculty or department name along with the recipient’s full name and phone number.

Aged Care & Nursing Homes

These deliveries are handled with particular care. Flowers are delivered to reception, so include the full name of the home, the recipient’s full name and their room or wing if you know it.

Funerals

Provide the full name of the deceased.

Schedule delivery at least two hours before the service.

Include the funeral venue name and contact details.
