April is a wonderful month to have a wedding in Melbourne. It's is one of our favourite times of year and a very popular time for weddings. The weather is perfect (mostly!) and there are plenty of beautiful blooms to choose from.

One April wedding we fell in love with was Nicole and Leigh's wedding which was celebrated at the stunning Persimmon Room at NGV.I met with the stunning couple really early in the process. This gave me a great opportunity of getting to know them as individuals and as a couple so it helped me to really understand what they envisaged on their wedding day. As they live interstate, the very chic, contemporary couple wanted a memorable wedding that captured everything they love about Melbourne.

The floral concept featured their favourite colours (pinks and navy) and flowers (pink roses, pink oriental lilies and pink Lisianthus) which complimented the style and theme of the wedding perfectly. Enjoy the photos below, beautifully captured by Tania Savage Photography.
