Nothing is accepted at the studio unchecked. Stems are inspected as they arrive and rejected if they will not hold, then conditioned in freshly cleaned buckets so they are closer to ready. Most are designed inside twenty four hours. A second check happens while it is being designed and a third before it leaves, and it holds to the design you chose.

Arriving as They Left

Burwood is a longer drive, so the packing does more work. Your flowers stand in water the whole way, in a bag made around a vessel that sits in its base and is held there like a coffee cup in a tray. Nothing tips, nothing dries. It can be left in the bag exactly as it came, which is why it is welcome on a ward or a reception desk. Top up the water daily. If it is not right, we replace it or refund it.
