FAQs

Will I need a vase?
Yes. We recommend displaying this birthday bouquet in a tall 30cm cylinder vase once you get it home. Fill the clean vase half way with fresh cold water. Re-cut the stems before displaying the bouquet into the vase.

Can the flowers be replaced if a variety is unavailable?
Rarely, but if needed we’ll substitute with flowers of equal or greater value in the same palette and notify you beforehand.
