Delivery Costs & Suburbs

Everything you need to know about pricing and where we deliver in Melbourne.

  • We deliver to 500+ Melbourne suburbs, with delivery starting from $15.
  • Exact delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient's address and chosen delivery service.
  • Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Times & Same-Day Options

When your flowers will arrive, and how we manage timing.

  • Standard Delivery Hours:
    • Residential: 9:00am – 7:00pm
    • Business: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 1:00pm, and Saturday for orders placed before 10:00am.
  • Express Delivery: Express 2-hour delivery can be selected for an additional fee.
  • While we always do our best to meet AM or PM delivery preferences, external factors such as traffic or weather may affect exact timing.

Peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.):

  • We offer extended delivery hours during these times.
  • Due to demand, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed—we recommend ordering early.
  • Express delivery capacity is limited and should be selected well in advance.

Tracking, SMS Alerts & Missed Deliveries

Follow your flowers every step of the way.

  • You will receive:
    • Email confirmation when your order is placed.
    • A second email when your order leaves our Melbourne store.
    • A real-time SMS alert approximately 20 minutes before arrival, which includes:
      • Estimated delivery time
      • Live map tracking link
      • Photo confirmation once delivery is complete
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
    • Our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location where possible.
    • If delivery is not possible (e.g. gated property, no access, refusal at concierge), we will:
      • Attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender
      • Arrange re-delivery if needed (redelivery fees may apply unless the issue is on our end)

Special Delivery Locations

Hospitals

  • Confirm that the recipient has not been discharged.
  • Confirm full hospital name as there are multiple Freemasons and Cabrini, for example.
  • Add the ward and room/bed number.
  • For maternity wards, include both the maiden and married names.
  • We recommend choosing a vase arrangement; however, our signature flower bag does include an internal water vessel.

Note: Some hospitals distribute deliveries once per day via reception.

Apartments & Secure Buildings

  • Include the full apartment or unit number.
  • Add the recipient’s phone number.
  • For concierge or reception deliveries, provide:
    • The recipient’s full name
    • Their contact number
    • Permission for concierge to accept the delivery

Offices & Commercial Buildings

  • Include:
    • Company name
    • Floor or department
    • Any relevant delivery instructions (e.g. loading dock access)

Hotels

  • Include the guest’s name as per their booking.
  • Add check-in and check-out dates.
  • If the flowers are a surprise, call the hotel in advance to alert staff.

Funerals

  • Provide the full name of the deceased.
  • Schedule delivery for at least 2 hours before the service.
  • Include the name of the funeral venue and any contact details.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

We’re here to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Concern: Delivery wasn’t made on time
    Resolution: We’ll investigate immediately and resolve the issue as a priority.
  • Concern: Recipient wasn’t home
    Resolution: We’ll attempt safe drop or contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • Concern: Incorrect or incomplete delivery info
    Resolution: We’ll reroute if possible. A redelivery fee may apply if the item has left us.
  • Concern: Flowers damaged or not as expected
    Resolution: Contact us and we’ll arrange a suitable replacement or refund as per our policy.
