Flowers Delivered to Fairfield

Station Street is one of the best small village strips in the north, and the cafes and shops along it take flowers for tables and counters most weeks. Behind it Fairfield is Edwardian weatherboards and brick homes on quiet streets running down to the river, the boathouse and the parklands, and it is full of young families.

Fairfield sits between Northcote and Ivanhoe on our north eastern run, so flowers chosen at the market at dawn are designed at the studio and out along Heidelberg Road before the morning is done.

Why Fairfield Orders From Us

Shown Before the Floor Opens

Because our buyers have been at the Melbourne market since 2007, the growers show them the pick of the night's cutting before it goes on general sale. Fairfield arrangements are designed from that pick, and a bunch that is not right is left on the trolley.

Bench Checks, Then a Last Look

Fairfield flowers are opened and checked on the Southbank bench like every other order, and what falls short is returned. The rest is stripped, recut and stood in clean water, and nearly all of it is designed within a day. Your florist checks the stems again while the arrangement is being made and once more before it leaves.

A Vessel Under the Stems

Fairfield flowers travel in our signature bag, which carries a water vessel seated in its base, so they arrive standing in water and can stay in the bag on a verandah or a cafe counter. Change the water daily. If anything is not right, we replace it or refund it.

What Fairfield Sends

New baby flowers and birthdays lead in Fairfield, with thank yous, anniversaries, housewarmings, congratulations for the businesses on Station Street and sympathy arrangements through the year. Tell our florists what the flowers are for and they design around it, using dahlias, roses, tulips and whatever the buyers rated best that morning.

Suburbs Next to Fairfield

Fairfield is on the north eastern run between Northcote florist, flowers to Ivanhoe, the Heidelberg page, Kew flowers and send flowers to Fitzroy. The rest of Melbourne is on our Melbourne suburbs list.
