Nothing comes into the Southbank studio unchecked. Boxes are opened, stems are assessed, and what will not hold is rejected on the spot. What passes is conditioned in clean buckets and is usually designed inside twenty four hours. It is checked again on the bench as it is made, then a final time before it goes out to Armadale. It follows the design you selected.

Flowers for Armadale travel upright, in water. Our bag holds a proper vessel in its base, cradled like a coffee cup in a takeaway tray, so nothing tips and nothing sits against a damp pad. It can be put down and left exactly as it came, which is what makes it easy on a hospital ward or at a front desk. Change the water daily. If anything is not right, we replace it or refund it.
